2.   Weka mafuta katika sufuria, kaanga kitunguu. Vinapogeuka rangi thomu na tangawizi mbichi, nyanya, nyanya kopo, kitunguu na bizari ya mchuzi endelea kukaanga.
3.   Tia maji kiasi  na ndimu, pilipili mbichi ilosagwa kisha tia kotmiri.
4.   Mwisho tia nusu ya samaki  alokaangwa ukiwa tayari

2.   Katakakata bilingani vipande vipande vya mraba (cubes) kaanga katika mafuta ya moto hadi yageuke rangi. Eupa weka kando.
3.   Katakataka viazi/mbatata vipande vidogodogo vya mraba (cubes) Kaanga hadi viive epua weka kando.
4.   Ondosha mafuta yote katika karai bakisha kidogo tu kiasi ya vijiko 2 vya supu.
5.   Kaanga rai kisha majani ya mchuzi, na methi/uwatu kisha kaanga nyanya.
6.   Tia nyanya ya kopo kisha changanya pamoja bilingani na viazi ikiwa tayari.
